A cocktail of French gastronomy and Senegalese cuisine will be offered ... The fish of the day's catch, the zebu of the bush, the fruit orchards and the many products will decorate your table happy. The dinner theme will be offered during the week which, of course, a Senegalese and an evening lobster night (go to "Event"). Unlimited wine and water at every meal. The meals are guaranteed coast beach except during rain.

Recipe Chicken Yassa
Ingredients: Chicken: 1.5 kg onions 750 gr lemons 250 gr chillies: 10 gr oil: 4 tablespoons.
Flaming chicken emptied and cleaned, cut into pieces and place in bowl. Cut the chicken over the onions very fine, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Marinate 20 minutes to an hour. Remove the chicken from the pot and let the grill. In a casserole, heat the oil, throw in onions and chicken. Allow to brown. Add water according to taste. Allow to brown. Pour remaining seasoning (marinade). Serve hot with cooked white rice (rice is not included).. Bon Appétit…or just eat with us !
